Extra Easy: pulled pork

Hi ladies,
I have s shoulder of pork that I plan to cook in my slow cooker,
my question is do I remove the fat before cooking or after.
Thank you for any advice.

I always remove mine beforehand xx

Thank you, phew it wasn't easy, but it is now in the slow cooker, smells good too.
