    Exclamation Extra Easy: Courgetti

    Hi, I'm new to Minimins but very used to the routine of slimming world. I'd say I've been loosely following slimming world for 3 years now but I'm looking for recipes to spice things up as I'm getting extremely bored and keep snacking on naughty things.

    Tonight, I'm trying out courgetti!! It's homemade courgette spaghetti. If anyone has ever made it before, some tips on what goes great with it would be really helpful! Also, any quick, cheap and easy recipes that may liven up my love for slimming world again would be fantastic!

    I found that if I let the courgette strips dry for a bit before I actually used them, it was much nicer, it was a bit slimy once before. It went well with absolutely any pasta sauce I tried it with
    3rd time lucky...the weight will come off
