Lunches & Dinners to take to work??

    Hello all!

I'm starting a new shift pattern of 3 days on, 3 days off: 12 hour shifts 8am to 8pm. I need to make lunches & dinners that I can take to work that will be quick and easy to make as I won't have much time to make them at night. Does anyone have ideas & recipes I can use? There is a microwave & toaster at my work.
