If you want it enough you won't keep finding excuses to not do it.

What fits your schedule better -- Exercising 1 hour a day or being f** 24 hours a day?”

Paleo since Apr 2012 9st 9lbs got to 8st 7lbs October 2012 and with focus, exercise and motivation have stayed below 9st since.
Hard work and dedication pays off.No time for excuses if you really want to loss the weight.
I can now enjoy special occasions without having to worry about what the scales will say after.

I use ainsley harriott lentil dahl as mu local asda doesn't sell the chickpea dahl. Its syn free too and actually I think it works better in the loaf recipe, plus its more widely available. Just make it up as directed before using

Ooh good idea! Is that Ainsley Harriott stuff in a tin or a packet? I can't find it and the chickpea dahl tins are out of stock at my local Asda.
    Thanks xx

LOVE the chickpea Dahl loaf, made a curry with it too last night which was absolutely gorgeous and free on EE.

FREE, Cheap & Easy to make tasty curry!!

    Ingredients
    Chicken (cut in strips)
    Onion (chopped)
Peppers (chopped) & any other veg you like
Tin of chickpea Dahl (Asda's is free)
    Tin of chopped tomatoes
    Curry powder to taste

I served with rice but would be nice with jacket, salad, etc..!! X
