    All Day Breakfast Egg Fried Rice

    Hi

    This is something I make for when I'm working my shifts.

    Onion
    Mushrooms
    Brown Rice (Cooked) or Packet of uncle Bens etc
    Egg
    Bacon
    Tomatoes
    Sausage (Optional)
    Worcester sauce (Optional)

    Pre cook the rice and sausage.
    Squirt a frying pan with fry light and fry the onions, mushrooms, bacon.
    Add the cooked chopped sausage
    Add the cooked rice or the packet rice
    Beat and egg then add that.
    Fry until cooked.
    Add the tomatoes at the end.

    Its not a great set of instructions, but I literally just throw everything in the pan and Fry light it.

    I recommend using cold rice, so I always cook too much the day before I make this so it cools through the night. If you use a packet rice then you will need to syn it. Also you will need to syn depending on the sausages you use. I like the Linda McCartney Red Onion and Rosemary which are free.
