    i am despair ate to buy a pasta attachment for my KitchenAid and wondered if any of you out there make your own pasta and still lose weight?

    As long as you Syn it properly, there's no reason why you can't have fresh pasta and still lose weight.

    You may want to call SWHQ to confirm but as I understand it, it would be free as long as you are using no oil. Foods made from fresh pasta still qualify for a free food allowance x
