I'm going to start making lunches & dinners and freezing them, it would make my life a lot easier! Is there anything that isn't very nice once it's been frozen? I have a freezer & microwave at work. I know sometimes some things go a bit soggy in the microwave. I just wondered if anyone has any recipes that will still taste good or know of anything that wouldn't.
Chilli or spag bol I find to add more sauce for after it's heated up as I usually add extra sauce when I have them at home if it's for tea when hubby is working x

Continuing SW but not weighing again until the 30th Sept!! Eekk... I'm stressing too much with my weight & been told off by the doctors to ease off myself since I've 'just had a baby' so here goes! .. 21days down - 16days go!
I find things with potato in them tend to freeze less well.
