Hi, my daughter and I are joining our class on Saturday. She works early mornings, and is currently taking cereal, ultralight and a cereal bar to work to see her through to when she finishes work at two. Has anyone got any ideas, substitutes, that she can have instead to help vary what she is having. We both have a lot of weight to lose, so don't want to get bored. Thanks in advance x
