    Hi, my daughter and I are joining our class on Saturday. She works early mornings, and is currently taking cereal, ultralight and a cereal bar to work to see her through to when she finishes work at two. Has anyone got any ideas, substitutes, that she can have instead to help vary what she is having. We both have a lot of weight to lose, so don't want to get bored. Thanks in advance x

    Hi i like fruit and fat free yog with some cereal mixed it too (healthy extra). Also overnight oats (method on here somewhere and on there website) are good with tons of fruit, I use frozen berries cheaper and last longer. I used to take frozen fruit to work so when everyone eat biscuits I got my frozen fruit out of freezer and ate that lovely in summer on a warm day.

    Also leftovers are fine to eat if that takes your fancy in morn or some of the slimming word mini quiche things. Loads of stuff online so once you get your round the slimming world plan there loads of options for breakfast.
