    SW cheesecake

    Hi all,

    I've got a major cheesecake craving. Does anyone know a good recipe for a SW cheesecake?

    Alpen light 70 cal from healthy extra b - microwaved for 30secs crushed and placed in the bottom of a dish
    To a sachet of strawberry sugar free jelly add quark and 1 mullerlight strawberry leave to set in the fridge.

    *be careful of the jelly you use the Hartleys one is 1.5 syn

    sounds delicious, I will also try this out as cheesecake is my favorite dessert

    Hi I'm probably being thick but do you make the jelly up or just add the crystals to the quark thanks x

    This is a great idea, might have to tweak for a veggie version but it should definitely help when i'm craving a dessert.

    I'm going to try this as well but going to tweak it a little to make another flavour as I don't like muller strawberry yogurt (I have a thing with fruit pieces in yogurt). Might do orange or lemon.
