Obviously I appreciate I can have all the xl meat going. Accompanied with salad. But that gets a bit boring. Any exciting ideas for BBQ!? X

I do a big Joes sausages order about every 5 months. Fill freezer. Lasts ages and great for BBQ!

Do you mix and egg in? It always goes weird for me so I've stopped using one and they come out grand. Wonder if I'm doing something wrong.

depends how many im makin and if i need it to go further or not. If i need the meat to go further then i add an egg and breadcrumbs. But if im only makin a few then i dont bother. If using an egg u need something to absorb the excess i.e. breadcrumbs

Ahh. I usually only make 3 or 4 at a time, or two big ones and one baby one.
