Low Fat Cottage Cheese Recipe Ideas Please

Can anybody give me some recipes ideas for using cottage cheese. I live in Spain and cannot find fat free but have managed to get low fat in Lidl. Thank you in advance.

I tried cottage cheese for the first time today! In my life lol I made the cheesy scones and they are yum. If you search it should come up but from memory its 300gr cottage cheese, 107gr pack of instant mash and two eggs. Mix to a dough and bake for about 20 mins. I only had a 200gr pack of cottage cheese and they still worked. I also added shredded spring onions.

Hmmm there's an ongoing argument somewhere about whether they are or not. Apparently if you use smash as a flour substitute it needs to be syned. I only ate two so didn't syn as they are only mini! Its up to you though.
