keema with peas syn free :)
1 pack of extra lean (less than 5% fat) mince
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp garam masala
2 tbsp mild curry powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 can chopped tomatoes
Spray a frying pan with 3 or 4 squirts of Frylight.
Brown the onion, garlic and turmeric until fragrant and then add the mince.
With a wooden spoon break up the mince and until the meat has browned.
Add the chopped tomatoes and then add the spices. simmer for 20 mins then add the frozen peas. I haven't specified an amount as I just pour (loads) in from the bag. cook for a further 5-7 mins and serve.
I usually take a wholemeal tortilla wrap and heat on the gas stove to eat it with like a chappati but this can be 9.5 syns :/
