Balsamic Glaze

Hi everyone

I love balsamic vinegar as a dressing on salad, but I find it a bit runny without olive oil. Does anyone know how I might make a less runny 'glaze' in a SW-friendly way?

You can have 1tbsp of extra virgin olive oil as a Heb!
 
It's a bit time consuming and a faff but you can thicken it by boiling it down. Do a lot and then put into a squeezy bottle.
