I saw on here that some one cut some chicken into strips dipped them in egg and rolled them in smash to make sort of a chicken nugget style thing, i wonder if this would work with pork loin?? Mmm anyone out there tried it? Probably not but thought might as well ask lol
I make pork schnitzel - pork loin in breadcrumbs. For my coating though i use homemade wholemeal breadcrumbs. 1 400g slice does a pork loin, i just use this as 1/2 my hex b. And i find it much nicer than smash
