1/2 syn quark cake

Anyone know how much quark to use in the 1/2 syn cake? The recipe says half a tub but doesn't state any unit like grams or how many tablespoons.

That's the recipe I have. It still says half a tub. Annoying as it doesn't just state grams etc.

I think the tubs are all pretty much the same size. I used half to make then the other half for the topping

I havent done one for a while but really like them - apart from the kitchen looking like a bomb site afterwards with all the bowls!!

I agree I think they come in a bog standard size.

The tub I have is 250g if that helps
