    Snack Ideas

    Hello everyone,
    I just started slimming world after doing a 9 day cleanse/detox. I have gone for the extra easy options and can't believe how much I can eat.
    I have read the breakfast and lunch ideas and don't have any problem thinking what to have for dinner, however I am still dubious about the snacks.

    Any ideas would be very much appreciated.

    Any sun free ideas would be great.

    Weight to Lose: 2st13lb
    % Lost 14.36%
    For me, it tends to be:
    Fruit (obvious!)
    Mini Babybel Light (2 syns each or 3 for HEXA)
    Seafood Sticks (free)
    Alpen Light bar (the 70 cal versions, as a HEXB or synned. Can't remember the syns off hand now, though!)

    but yeah, mainly fruit.
