    Quick tea after work???

    This is my 3rd day on sw and goin to be in work til 8 tonight has anyone got any suggestion of a quick tea but obv slimming world friendly???

    You may be interested to know that some of the just-cook meals from Sainsbury's are free.
    Always check first but a couple of the chicken meals were listed as free and advertised in-group. All you would need to do is pop it in the oven and then make some carbs and veggies to go with it
