If you have a slow cooker, chuck chicken, potatoes & veggies with seasoning in there & enjoy when you get home.

Do you have a timer on the cooker, you could prepare chicken, SW chips (par boiled) & set the timer prepare some veggies & par cook them so they just need finishing off when you get home.

    Stir fry? that's quick.

    What do you have in?

I used to work shifts, 2 to 10 mainly, and I would second stir fry. On the other hand it all sounds fab!
