In the summer book there's a recipe for instant I've cream. Blend 300g frozen berries with two muller lights, sweetner and vanilla extract. 4 syns for the whole tub (makes 4 nice sized portions)

I wish SW wouldn't push Mullerlights so much....they contain gelatin and not everyone wants to eat that. Wonder if it would work with soy yogurt?

Use fat free Greek yoghurt instead maybe ? I haven't tried it but it sounds like it would work.
Shame all soya yoghurts are around 2 syns but I rarely count them as I don't have my hex a much anymore so I figure I can have a yoghurt

I've had mine with the Aldi greek style yogurt & it was yummy, I've also used the Lidl (I think) ff yogurts which work just fine.
Oh I made sorbet, hmmmmmmm, ok but not sparkling, I'll not try that again.
I think it's a case of experimenting & seeing as only 1 yogurt is used it's not much waste if it doesn't turn out ok!

Jaffa Cake I can't use dairy so that's what I use soya yogurt...like you I use it as a substitute so ??? I just eat it!! lol. In my book we need to stay healthy!

I tried it with a liberte yoghurt mixed with ff total yoghurt and it didn't work. Do you think I put too much in? Think next time I'll try thinner yoghurt.

I'm not sure but the first time I used it I didn't 'squish' the bag enough.
