Hi all,

I lost 2.5 stone with slimming world before Christmas but I fell off the wagon badly and piled it all back on.

I am now 14 weeks pregnant and DESPERATE not to gain any/minimal weight in pregnancy. Problem is... S far I've been so sick that the only foods that stay down have been unhealthy.

im struggling with planning and food shopping as the thought just makes me rush to the loo to be sick.

My mind is blank. I can't even remember any of my old favs! (Although I do have lots of recipe books but again the pics make me feel poorly.)

Does anybody have any recipes that are pretty quick and don't involve too many ingredients... Especially lots of herbs.
