Needing support and food ideas please
I'm crossing over from slim and save after reaching goal and have joined SW to help me maintain and start tomorrow. If I lose a few more lbs, then great. I'm a person with little self control, hence why I have joined. We all need support as its not easy but I'm looking forward to starting a new food journey.
I'm after some great food ideas to take to work. I'm a nurse working 12 hour shifts and really do not want to eat big meals when I get home so need some meal ideas for when I'm at work. I do have access to a microwave if that helps.
