Chinese Black Pepper Sauce.

This is a nice and spicy dish and tastes just how it does from the chinese!!

Serves: 2
Syn Free

What you'll need

400g of beef steak pieces or diced chicken or diced pork
2 Tablespoons Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
1 medium orange
2 or 3 crushed garlic cloves
1 Tablespoon freshly ground black pepper

Marinate your meat in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, the juice of the full orange and garlic cloves in the fridge for 1-2 hours. When that time is up heat a frying pan or wok until very hot (almost smoking) Spray loads of frylight into the pan just before you're ready to cook and put the marinated meat and juices into the pan. Tip in the table spoon of ground black pepper and fry until your meat is cooked through. Serve on a bed of boiled or egg fried rice. (along with a third superfree!)

Here's another chinese recipe I was trying to get right.. The smash/instant mash is a bit controversial but my consultant reckons its ok in this regard.

Salt & Pepper Chicken

Serves: 3-4
Syn Free

You'll need:
3 or 4 chicken fillets
Smash or instant mashed potato mix
1 egg
1 chilli pepper sliced (with or without seeds)
1/2 white onion, diced small
2 or 3 shoots of spring onion sliced
4 or 5 cloves of garlic
Chinese 5 spice
Salt and pepper
Frylight

How:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Dice Chicken Fillet & Dip in egg. Roll in smash until its completely covered. Cook in oven for 20 mins.

Soften diced onion and sliced chilli pepper over high heat then crush in 4 or 5 cloves of garlic and add the spring onion. Spraying fry light a good bit helps the flavours mix. Add the chicken into the mix and pour over salt and pepper (a good bit of each).

Finally add in chinese 5 spice. Keep everything moving in the pan. And cook for another minute or so.
