Anyone used Dukan food in recipes?

A friend of mine has passed on leftover flavourings (sugar and syn free) and Dukan pasta. Has anyone used flavours in recipes with quark or such like to create sweet treats? Be interested as the cocoa powder is only 1.5 syns per serving and the mayo/condiments are low sugar and Carb and high protein...All EE favourable.
