I I have been making these chips as and when I need them but decided to freeze some last week as I had made far too many. Stupidly I took them out and left them to defrost and when I got back from work they were grey/brown and looked like, slugs ha.
Should I cook them from frozen (boil then oven) or bin them and next time blanch them before freezing? I really hate peeling spuds....
