Hi all,
I've heard there's a syn free gravy, does anyone know what it is?

I'm having a roast today with a gammon steak and usually I'd have about 20 syns worth of gravy so need a substitute, can't eat a roast without gravy :-(

Hi sorry this might be a bit late. I think the syn free gravy Is made from simmering onions in beef stock cube till really tender then blitzing it so it goes thick.
I haven't tried it yet but would like to know what it's like!

Hiya,
I think My OH found the same recipe earlier on and it was lovely, can't believe there is an alternative to Gravy. I'm very happy lol

Thank you for the reply.

I always make my gravy by softening a red onion and some mushrooms, before adding a Knorr beef stock pot and some boiling water. Leave it to simmer and it will thicken up - perfect, yummy Syn free gravy! With extra Superfree in there too :)
