Hello my lovelies!

Ive started back on SW as I've managed to put the pounds back on :(

I've hit a bit of a snag of finding nightshift friendly snacks & main meal to eat around 3am?

Could any of you wonderful people throw some ideas of good free snacks as i'm currently stuck with fruit and I have to restrain myself from emptying the vending machine :(

Can you save your healthy extras and have some ryvita with philly and sliced tomato? I don't really eat bread or drink milk so I find that a filling snack or lunch if on the hop. I also like 3 babybel light with an apple sliced up x

Do you have a microwave? if so jacket potato with beans, scrambled egg tinned toms, left overs.

If not get a food flask and make up some soup or mug shots if you only have a kettle. Take little packs of ham or crabsticks to snack on. Hifi lights or mini meringues with yogurt for something sweet that isn't fruit!
I find if I take pleanty with me I don't feel the need to eat it all. If I know I only have a yogurt in my bag and I don't fancy it thats when the veding mach starts to call me.

How about Frittata? I make mine with mushrooms, onions and Linda McCartney red onion and rosemary sausages, and can be eaten hot or cold!

I don`t do night work any longer as have retired. I used to work 11pm to 7am Monday through to Friday.

As I worked 5 nights I kept meals in the same place as if I was not doing night work.

ie When I got home from work 7.15 am I had breakfast. When I got up in the evening I had dinner, I would take lunch to work. Boiled potatoes was my favourite. I would take ham and pineapple too, it was more like a mini dinner.

At the time I was losing very well with SW, when I packed up work it went to pot and at the moment I am a yo-yo.

I think it worked because the only day I did not work at all was Sunday.

Got home Sat at 7.15 and back on monday 11pm
