Hey, this is def my favourite soup of all 
here's the recipe...
1 can mixed bean salad
1 can green lentils
2 cans chopped tomato
1 can baked beans
handful split lentils
2 large leeks
1 large onion
4 large carrots
2 parsnips
Green, red or yellow pepper
2 stock cubes
Salt and Pepper

I use around 4 litres I prefer it chunky some people like to blend it

I have a question regarding speed soup.
Are you supposed to eat in place of a meal, or snack on it?

You eat it as part of a meal, in group I have heard of people blending it and using it as a pasta sauce

The stock cubes are all free, I'm vegetarian so I make it with the vegetable. My friend makes it using chicken
