Quarks keeps splitting

Hi guys looking for some advice every single time I use quark in a hot/cooking type recipe it splits on me. not sure what on earth I'm doing any advice before I give up on it altogether?

Try letting your meal cool a little before adding quark. Good luck.

This always use to happen to me and I agree letting it cool a little making sure not on the heat. Now it doesn't split.

Great thanks guys I knew I must be doing something wrong! I'll give it a go this week! Fingers crossed!
