    Cream Substitute

    Hiya all, really need some help.

    I've just bought The Covent Garden 365 day soup so I have inspiration for the new year.

    Many of the recipes have either single cream or double cream added and I'm always getting mixed up with natural yogurt, Greek, creme fraiche and quark . As you can imagine the results become weird tastes

    Can someone please tell me the best alterative for both single and double cream. Fed up wasting good food on the wrong yogurt lol

    Personally I'd just leave it out!

    Reduced fat creme frais 1 syn per tbsp not bad tastes great and does not split
    I personally don't like compromising on taste for a few syns to whole batch!
