Does anyone have the recipe from the supplement in the Daily Mirror on Saturday for the Ham and Egg Cups? I really want to try them

Line bun tin (i used a muffin tin)with slices of lean ham and spoon in some spring onion, mushroom or chopped tomatoes which have been fried in a little low calorie cooking spray. Crack an egg over the top of each, season and cook in the oven for 15 - 20 mins.

I have made these twice and they were delicious but i have not managed to stop the very tip of the ham from burning! So if you do then i'd love to know how!! Second time i turned down the oven but still they turned x
 
If you manage to do it without colouring the tips of the ham then please share!!
 
I've tried these a few times now and can't get the tips to stop catching either :( Aww well they taste good anyway
 
Not tried these but maybe cover them with foil and last few mins take foil off to colour the egg. This just popped into my head so may not work but it there to try!
 
A friend suggested brushing the tips lightly with egg? Will try that next time I make them x
