This has probably been posted before but i've only just discovered it and i'm addicted!!

It makes one portion and is 1.5 syns

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes

1 chicken breast
1 tsp Thai green curry paste
1 Mullerlight Greek style coconut & vanilla
Chopped onion and peppers - have as little/much as you like

Its as easy as cooking the chicken, peppers and onion together and then adding the paste and yoghurt!! I always stir the paste into the yoghurt whilst it's still in the pot then tip it in together...avoids lumps!!

It just takes a few minutes to bring the temperature back up and then you serve I have mine with rice or sometimes SW chips x
