What are people having for breakfast???

Ok, so I never used to eat breakfast if I did it was either a banana, or toast (with lots of butter) This is the one meal I am struggling with :( If I have a slice of toast I use 1hex if I have cerreal and milk I use 2hex :(

This means that later in the day I am then using syns on just having lunch :(

What is everyone else eating for breakfast? I would really rather save my hex for later in the day as I love my cheese and coffee. Which both use my hex daily :(

So please share your breakfast ideas so I canstay on track and don't end up syning my main meals later in the day :/

I must admit I don't often have breakfast, but if I do it's fruit with fat free natural yoghurt or 0% Greek yoghurt. Also I have the porridge that you do in the microwave and instead of adding milk I use water. Poached eggs and smoked salmon (nice and cheap in aldi or lidi)

I always have breakfast before I leave the house. I mostly have bacon (all fat removed), 2 poached eggs and tinned tomatoes. Keeps my going until lunchtime
 
Overnight oats & fruit for me or a mullerlight and fruit salad. I must say I'm not a big breakfast eater either

I have breakfast as it stops me snacking before lunch,usually it's overnight oats which has become a firm favourite especially with the different combinations of yoghurt and fruits I can have or if I have time to make it a big slimming world breakfast with bacon,eggs and beans

I have crushed Weetabix/granola with muller light and lots of fruit with a large glass of water and a skimmed milky coffee ! YUM!

I don't do EE days however so I'm allowed 2 hex's of each one. I tend to get stuck with my other 'a' box hence why I have a milky coffee in the morning as I rarely eat cheese! its then a salad and fruit for lunch and then I'll use my other 'b' box for dinner :D xx

It's 35g of porridge oats (your HeB) mixed really well with a mullerlight overnight that makes it thicken and soften and you get porridge without using milk. Then add some fruit either overnight or in the morning. Lots of people use frozen berries. I prefer using fresh fruit!
 
When I do the Magic pancakes I soak my oats over night in muller light then add 2 eggs and mix together and fry. And serve with strawberries or black berries

On a normal day either yogurt with fruit and honey, or if i dont have time to sit down 2 alpen lights and a banana whilst im in the car, sometimes on a weekend i'll do an omlette or fry up if i fancy it x
