But why do i struggle with the junk food ,i know i done ww and eat junk all the time,but finding it hard to eat healthy

My cousin doses an what she eats I'm like well that ain't a diet she says well it's in my points I think s/w is more about healthy options an preparing it from scratch not just eating out the packet

Whats the the junk food you struggle most with as there may be a way of geting what you need but in a healthier way, I think once you start binging it is very hard to stop

Its the crisps i have oneafter another x
 
Try thinly sliced potatoes in the oven with salt or chicken stock cube or beef ones sprayed with fry light this is classed as a tweak though but I don't think you would consume any more than if u was eating crisps I think if it works for you an you still lose weight then we'll ( all depends on your views of tweaking). Other options are aldi cheese curls are 3 1/2 syns there nice an so are the new hula hoop puffs

Definitely if it's a savoury craving you've got then slimming world chips are really good, you could also do sweet potato fries so you have a salty sweet hit if you like that. Also crisps aren't all bad. Walkers baked are only 5 syns, Quavers 17g bag is 4.5syns, 20g bag is 5.5syns. French fries 19g bag is 4syns, 22g bag is 4.5syns.

So you can still have them but all in moderation :D Stay away from kettle chips though ;)
