STUFFER PEPPERS HELP

Hi all, am looking to do stuffed peppers tonight with lean beef mince, passata, herbs, onions etc! Would like to add rice in. Do you cook the rice first and then beef 'mixture' spoon it all in and oven cook?

Never cooked stuffed peppers before so any ideas/suggestions welcome!

I make stuffed peppers with quorn mince, would always cook the rice first as normal.

Yes, I always cook the rice first, for a twist you could use the savoury rice packs from the supermarket!
