    Banana cake?

Hi everyone, this is my first post and it's a question. I saw a recipe for banana cake or loaf, using Scan Bran and mincemeat. I thought it was in the current magazine, but have been through it three times and can't find it. Can anyone help please or have I been hallucinating?

    the cake?*Scan bran banana cake*_*
12 syns whole cake or use 2x weetabix as 1 HEB plus 4.5 syns.
    2 x weetabix = 6.5 syns
    3x scanbran = 1.5 syns
    1 TBSP mincemeat ( I left this out! yuk!) = 2 syns
    1 TBSP honey = 1 syn
    1 banana
    3 eggs
    canderel (or any other sweetner)
1 TSP ginger, allspice and cinnamon

    1. Soften bran in a little warm water, then mix with crumbled weetabix
    2. Mix in mashed banana, spice honey and canerdel
    3. Beat eggs and stir into mix
    4. Fry light tin and cook 175c for 20 mins.
hope this is what your talking about

Is it 1 syn for the banana maybe, as the ones mentioned only come to 11 syns and it says 12 syns per cake
