I started this thread ages ado. It seems to have some interest now shall I start posting work outs?
rather than workouts, why dont we each set a time target? I cant do some routines due to disability, but I can do balance, boxing and yoga for example.
but I like to do 30 mins 3 times a week if I can, so...

That sounds like a plan. What I am thinking is that I will post a challenge every week but if people feel that they want to do a challenge like ms blonde then that all good as as long as we are exercising then thats all that matters What day do you want to start it? I am also going on my jollies for nearly four weeks in april so need someone to help with it. All offers welcome!!

I like this idea msblondei dont mind in what formation i do the hours just so long as i do them!! 6 hours is my target for March - just have to hope my wii shows up soon lol xx

got back on mine today after 2weeks off following an unfortunate incident with a hot water bottlestill some things i cant do but figure something is better than nothing!
so thats 0.5hrs down 5.5 to go!
also ordered biggest loser today so will let you know what its like
