I though I would start a Wii Fit weekly challenge.
The way it works is that I will post on a monday some excercises to do. By the end of the following sunday I need to know what level you are on and how many reps you do...
The first week's challenge are
Yoga - Lunge
Yoga - Downward Facing Dog
Muscle - Parrell Stretch
Balance - Ski Slalom
Aerobic - Basic Step
Anyone can join, no need to ask. Just complete the tasks as many times as you want to throughout the week and submit your HIGHEST scores by Sunday 29th November
