i'm becky, i'm 24, live by the sea, joined sw on 19th January 2010, been doing ee from the start - lost 6lbs in two weeks!

Great, can I join? I did Sw for several months last year and did pretty well but got bored of the red/green options and did mix2max but it was complecated so went over to calorie counting for a while- big blip over xmas and then heard Sw was promoting the EE plan and joined again as I felt I needed to do somthing different and didnt want to go back to Sw for more of the same. I finished my first wek today and weighed in a whole 7lbs lighter, followed the 7 day plan in the pack with some menus from the mag.

wow that's fantastic! well done you! and OF COURSE you can join!

p.s this is for you

me me me!!!! ;)

msblonde - goal for february - 4 lbs :D

Can I join too please?
I am a huge fan of EE and won't do anything else!
I started this time (6th time lucky on SW) only doing EE.
It took me 30 weeks to lose 30.5 pounds to get to target (1 pound below) on 23.12.09.
I put 1 pound on over Christmas, then lost 2.5 pounds in the next 2 weeks (missed one week as we were snowed in) and STS last week. Tonight is WI to see how I have done this week. I do have 5.5 pounds to play with and still be on target but I don't want to go that route!

Can I join. I havent done anything but EE, and love it. Im doing it with Bodyoptimise, as there arent classes where I live. I need to re-evaluate myself a little. First week I lost 6lbs, last week, sts, and this week is heading for a sts, which Im getting despondant about, but not feeling well either. So, I may be posting my menus on here for your once overs!!!
x

Me!!! I wanna join, please, please :giggle:

This is my third time with SW, and I'm ONLY doing EE this time around. Averaging a pound a week at the mo (but I've not really been trying too much until now - just realised that it'll be 4 months tomorrow until my wedding!!!!)

Really trying to work on the superfree and having a great SW day so far. Loadsa superfree museli/mullerlight/blueberries/banana mixed up together with 1oz alpen for brekkie.
Just cooking a superfree bonanza risotto, almost ready and looking good, savory rice packet, peppers, onions, mushrooms, cerery and a packet of quorn pieces all in a one pan effort, think it will be halved as it's grown like the magic porrage pot!

Spagetti carbonara tonight bulked up with, onions, peppers, sweetcorn, mushroom, bacon and mixed up with bousin light for the syns! Oh I just love this EE malarky!
