Thanks Capricorn and well done on another fab loss! I don't think I look teeny tiny, but I am really pleased with the visible progress!
I think your carb curfew idea is something I might well try, as it means I can still have my baked potato lunch. I know I need to cut down on carbs, or at least the portion size, but my evening meals are based around the carb - either curry with rice, or pasta with veg... will have to get my thinking cap on!
Well ladies, I changed my WI day to a Sunday, to counteract my Friday nights out and this week I'm reporting in with a 2.5lbs loss! Woohoo! So, only another 1.5lbs to go to get into the 12s and get my 4st shiny.

and to those with itty bitty gains -you will whip them off again in no time 
-so I have hit exactly 9st off
. Yesterday I had my 1st go at jogging
and even though we walked some then jogged some I did much better than I ever thought I could
and we have decided that we are going to start going out once a month -its chinese next as hubby has his eye on a lovely place
