***NEW MOTIVATIONAL FEATURES***
Getting started on this one a couple of days early! Add your name to the list and the amount you want to lose in March. I want to try and get to target by the end of March so this will be my month! Copy and paste the list, add and remove colours and smilies as you wish! No strict rules, just come along and have some fun!
Oh and the new motivational features are
- Stickers! I have had a go at making some for Feb which you can check out on Monday when they are awarded
- Daily motivational pictures! Anyone and everyone can contribute to these, but I will try to post one a day
- Recipe swapping! Again, all contributions welcome

Going to aim for 7lb (that is what I want off by 15th April for my Big 40!)
