    Hi everyone - I'll join you too if I may. I live in Spain and I'm doing it on my own. I only target myself with 1 lb a week but that way it stays off! I lost 2.5 st 3 years ago, got bored and stopped. Managed to maintain for over 2 years buth then put 5 lbs on at the back end of last year so my New Years resolution was to lose it again.
    I've stuck to it since Jan 7th and my loss is very variable. First 2 week manged 2 lb a week but it's been as low as 1/4 lb! then last week another 1.5 disappeared!

    Otherwise see you here and see if we can support each other.
    Got to original target . . . 23/11/11
    "With a Little Help from My Friends" - especially the tortoise team
    Got to next (lowered) target . . . 21/02/12
    Another challenge to lose 5 st in total achieved . . . 31/08/12

    Maintenance Since Final target reached on 31/08/2012 - Should be 1.4 kg either way


    I want to get back to target! And I keep messing up!
    So I've reset everything (again, again) and this is what I want to achieve
    :

    START (7/7/14) - 79.4 Kg (12:7 - exactly 1 st over target )
    1. Get back to where I was at the start of the year - 77.5 (12:2¾)
    - achieved 14/7/14
    . . . Pah went back over (8/09) - back under again (22/9) - still clinging on (20/10)

    Dated targets added 17th September 2014
    2. Get back to Original target
    by 24/11/14 - 75.75 (11:13)
    3. Get back to Interim target
    by 12/01/15 - 74.4 (11:10)
    4. Get back to Final target [5 stone shiney & BMI under 26]
    by 02/03/14 - 73.2 (11:7½)
