I'll put my measurement changes on here on Monday or Tuesday. To tell the truth there won't be massive changes as I'm so close to target but I feel soooooo much fitter and that to me is the most important. Hope exercise is now in my life to stay.

I was similar, I was only a couple of pounds off target when I did it but was pleasantly surprised with the inch difference, especially around my waist/stomach.

Just done day 1
Still haven't measured myself, I know I should but I don't want to be disappointed if there isn't much difference in inches, I'm at target at the moment, so not expecting a big difference, just worried if I measure myself I'll be disappointed if I don't see one :/ if you get what I mean

I had to skip yesterday, I had so much muscular pain I couldn't physically do it- I did try! Back to it today. When does it stop hurting quite so much? X
Woo hoo, day 29, level 3. For some reason it was really hard today but I still did it. I've not made it up to Natalie for most exercises but am happy with Anita if it means I can complete the reps.
Scarlett - when I first started I did days 1&2 then had to have a break for a few days cos I could barely walk. When I started up again it was much better and I've not experienced that initial pain again. In fact the only aching I've had is in my abs after starting level 3 but it wasn't too bad.

Done day 2 today,
when I woke this morning my arms, stomach and legs didn't ache, but I did ache all above my chest, is this normal or have I done some of the exercises wrong?
After I've done it today my arms ache. Not expecting to loose this week now, but hopefully it will show next week instead

Just completed day 4 and feeling good! very pleased I didn't do it yesterday as don't think I would have made it!
Does anyone else find that the cool down on the dvd isn't enough? I find i just start feeling the stretch then she moves on so I've been doing the cool down but stretching for longer as well as adding a few extra calf and tricep stretches. seems to be helping the tightness afterwards!

Iv just done day one today wow and ow are the two words that come to mind. Boy did it make me sweat!
Still a bit shaky and did it about 2ish lol
I took my measurements yesterday so will do them again at the end, I have 27 days till my dads wedding so here's hoping
