Valentines challenge....

Anyone up for a valentines challenge?

I'm starting 3rd Jan so it's about 6-7 weeks and I want to lose at least a stone so that will be my target. Feel free to join...

Hi Debby, I go to Jamaica in May and would love to lose 3 stone by then! We could set mini goals together! Get this one done first!! X

Please can I join you all? Sounds a bizarre weight to want to lose (10.5lbs) but want to get my 3 stone award, my losses are not always big and have joined challenges before and not achieved any of them so thought I'd try to be more realistic this time.

Hope you don't mind but I put the list in alphabetical order in case we get an influx of people wanting to join! X

Honestly it's not amazing, will be a year end of January, it was quite quick coming off until I hurt my back and stopped exercising and then gained 8lb in last 4 weeks.. Oops! Was only 1/2lb away from 3 stone and look how far away I am now!

Intend to start exercising again in NY so hopefully start coming off again.. Good luck everyone x

What kind of exercise were you doing?

I was doing bootcamp 3 times a week, before Christmas but I've never done SW and bootcamp.

Do you know much about the body magic?

I can't imagine doing a full year of SW, I need to get a grip, just need I get motivated and get on with it! I go on holiday in May, and I'm worrier hat if I sk t lose weight I will spoil it for me an my partner when it's suppose to be the holiday of our lives :( its very difficult to get excited about it

Until March last year I hadn't done any exercise for about 6 years, I then started C25K app and loved it, motivated me so much I then joined the gym as well. The exercise certainly sped up my weightloss so I'm sure doing bootcamp will be brilliant, I'd love to do that but too scared!

As for the holiday, you will love it whatever your weight, on our honeymoon I was the biggest I've ever been and still loved Mexico.. But on a positive note you have time to lose weight before you go, when do you go and how much do you have to lose? X

I've lost about 2 stone since may, just can't seem to stick to it. Will find out on Sunday what Christmas has done to me!!

I'm down to around 13 stone.... I think.... Would love to get to 10 stone but would just like to be comfy strolling on the beach. We go may 13th so I do have some time, I need to set a realist goal for then but don't know what that Is yet so going for a stone my mid feb then will set a goal for may .... Jut writing my meal plan for next week. Should start sooner but I'm staying with family at the minute so not sure what my god options are!!

See you're doing well to have lost 2stone, come on everyone let's have a group kick up the bum session.. 2012 is going to be our year! X
 
Hi everyone, when is everyone's weigh ins? Mine was today I'm 12.12 so really want to be into 11's by valentines day :) good luck everyone!! Xx
 
I weigh in tomorrow then I can post, think I have put on about 3lb over Christmas which isn't so bad.That will put me around the 12. 3 mark, I would love to be at my target of 11 by valentines but we will have to see I didn't do so good on the Christmas challenge. 12st is a brick wall for me been there so many times over the last month or so but can't seem to get through it. Will really try this time. x
