NYNY Excercise Thread

When shall we start? Monday?

Oh and we should have a cal target a day?

How often shall we do it a week?

Ill go first.

Im going to exercise at least 4 times a week for at least half an hour. Half an hour is about 6 songs I think. It works it out as 106 cals a song for my weight. So 600 cals each exercise session.

They say you need 3500 cals to burn off 1 pound. Buy doing 500 cals a day 6 days a week, you will have burnt off a guaranteed - 1lb in weight just by wii'ing it :D Brilliant!

I'm going to do at least 4 times a week and do a combination of walking, Zumba, shred and gym x x Just need to unwrap Zumba lol just packing for NYE staying in Manchester tomorrow whoop whoop!

have you tried the imap my walk app I love app's it uses the gps on your phone to log your walk speed and cals burnt and keeps a record of what you have done each week and if you provide your email address they email you a report each week challenging you to walk/run/ride your choice more the next week
 
right count me in on this!!
i just want to get out walking 4 times a week to start with. hopefully it will help my weightloss a bit and improve my sleep patterns
 
well been out only 1.5 miles but its a start and planning on going to zumba class tonight!!!

am aiming to build up to walking a marathon a month!!!
 
that should have been a marathin a week not a month!!

roughly 4 miles a day every day is slightly a marathon a week
 
Zumba done!! Really enjoyed it even if it did run over to 1 hour 15 mins.

its fab you can go on it online too and save via your pc and have your phone and laptop connected! I love it you can share your routes with any friends you have on there and challenge each other ect ect, ive not really used that part as my friends dont really do the exercise thing they are happy with their skin
