    I'm 27 (28 in May, so hanging on to my 20s!) and had my third weigh in yesterday.

    Completely gone off plan yesterday and today so probably gained all the weight back!

    I'm dying to do the 30 day shred thing where do you get it from? My friend bought us a ******* for a boot camp but we've stopped mentioning it to each other now ha
    I'm going to the gym for the first time tomorrow though to be fair my membership is like six weeks old and that's like the 36th time I've said that but yknow what they say, 36s the charm!

    I got mine on eBay for 6 quid but tesco and amazon do it for a fiver now!

    It's good but you def develop a resentment towards the incredibly fit girls in the video who don't break a sweat while you've collapsed on the floor trying to stay away from the light at the end of the tunnel!
