We have 1 week until May 1st and we all have our Mini Targets/Targets to work towards.
I am suggesting we make a mini mini target which is achievable on May 1st-or next weigh in.
I have two Targets,
1)I would like to have kept up my 30 Day Shed DVD workouts daily
2)I'd like to lose 4.5lb (I will only know if this is achievable after Thursdays Weigh In.
How about you?
What tiny mini goal will you set?
