Need to lose 4 st by christmas

I guys I am setting a goal of 4 st by Christmas I need to lose 10 tbh but setting myself a goal who is with me I start next tues as on hols this week xx
 
Hi 2poundaweek!

Im actually going to start tomorrow as that's the only SW class in the am in my area. I have about 7 stone to lose and have set a 4 stone target as well for Christmas! Fingers crossed. xx

Im on Day 4 and so far so good. Feeling really good and looking forward to seeing what the scales read come Monday!

I am totally with you on starting the 2013 a healthier and slimmer self!

How's everyone doing? I've just finished day 2 and actually did some exercise today (well a 45 min walk ;-))

Hi hun well first weigh in and I was weighing in at 20st 2lb so here is my diary for tommorro

Banana
Weetabix X2 (healthy extra b)
Milk skimmed (HE A)

Lunch

Iceland chicken tikka strips (chilled)
Broccoli florets (hate salad)

Mid morning strawberry's
Crab sticks

Dinner

Iceland sliced beefin gravy
Potato
Mixed veg

Sins may be options 2 syns mixed with fat free Greek yoghurt (no syns )
Cadburys curly wurly 6 syns total syns 8

Does this seem ok guys I can't get shopping untill sat. And really want to be good and trying to get my 3rd of super free on plate each meal
 
You're very organised! Meals tomorrow are looking good :)

Ooh crab sticks, I forgot how yummy they are. Must remember to put them on my shopping list.

How many syns are in your tikka strips and beef in gravy?

I think they are free correct me if wrong I looked up under sliced beef in gravy and is the chilled chicken from fridge section of Iceland

Think the chicken 1 is free too. You've now got me thinking of SW chips with chicken and gravy lol

In fact also n Iceland have quite a good selection I have bought the little book today called free syns it's shows all free food from different stores really good xx
 
That's sounds good! Was it from group? Might have to look at getting that. I am always looking for quick and easy teas where I don't have to worry about syns. If some ready meals are free it takes all the hassle away especially when I get home late from work and can't be bothered preparing from scratch!

Yes it was Hun not tht much either chick well I have just packed lunch for work and having chicken tikka strips crab sticks through day and strawberry for 3rd of ss at lunch

I've got salad and SW quiche which I really love at the mo for lunch but I am looking for to my gammon and eggs tomorrow night lol
