    Hi all,

    I'm afraid I'm going to pull myself out of the challenge I'm going into hospital this afternoon for an operation and am going to be thinking about getting better rather than slimming world!! I'm okay, but I won't be able to exercise for a little while and also really won't be able to cook so will be at the mercy of my husband for meals!!!

    Sorry to let everyone down, I hope I can rejoin you later for another challenge! Good luck everyone!!!
