I had bad I digestion last week, when I put on 1 lbs. I'll be lucky to maintain this week. With 3 weeks of 3+ lbs weight losses I thought 15 was a good go for 6 weeks, didn't plan on falling off the wagon so much. Gonna keep my goal of 15 though I'll be lucky to keep my 2.5 loss after three weeks. Hopefully stay to plan after WI tomorrow.

I'm going into hospital this afternoon for an operation and am going to be thinking about getting better rather than slimming world!! I'm okay, but I won't be able to exercise for a little while and also really won't be able to cook so will be at the mercy of my husband for meals!!!
