    SW Minimins Dryathlon Team (Alcohol Free January)

    Dryathlon

    Does anyone else fancy joining Lucylu and me for a dry (alcohol free) January?? It starts 9am on 1st January 2013.

    I know that the alcohol (syns in it and it's effects on my determination to stick to plan, not to mention missing exercise classes and gym sessions due to hang overs!!) is really detrimental to my weight-loss efforts. Plus I will be quite poor in January as well, so won't really be able to afford to keep going out. SO - I've decided to commit to this.


    PS I need one golden pass for works do, but that's allowed!!

    PPS We will all be responsible for our own sponsorships etc rather than doing that as a team as it could get complicated otherwise. This thread will just be a support network for the SW Minimins Dryathletes.
